Who can benefit from Bio-Energy?
Everyone can benefit from Bio-Energy treatment as it is great at releasing stress from the body, releasing overload off the system, it helps with the flow of blood, oxygen, nutrients and the release of waste in the body. Once blockages are released and the energy is flowing and balanced, the body will self-correct.
How do I book a session?
Please contact me by telephone or email. If I am unable to take your call, please leave me a message with either a daytime or evening contact telephone number that I can get back to you on. All emails are normally responded to within 24-48 hours.
What information do you need from me for my first session?
All new clients are required to complete an Intake Form and a Consent Form prior to the commencement of treatment.
What can I expect to happen during a Bio-Energy session?
When you arrive for your first session, you will complete the Intake Form and Consent Form. We will then spend some time going through this together and discussing any relevant issues. Clients then initially stand, then sit down and finally lie down on a treatment couch for varying amounts of time whilst the Bio-Energy techniques are administered. Some techniques involve the therapist placing their hands at certain points on the clients’ body. This is part of the treatment and required to carry out the treatment to its full potential. Many clients find that Bio-Energy is a very gentle, relaxing and non-invasive experience.
Do you treat specific symptoms?
Yes, there are a number of specific Bio-Energy techniques that can be utilized for specific health conditions. Your Bio-Energy treatment will be tailored for your specific needs.
How many sessions will I need?
Bio-Energy treatment is carried out for just over one hour per day for four consecutive days in a row. For someone that is new to Bio-Energy therapy, it is recommended that at least two rounds of four days are completed at spaced intervals, to get the most benefit.
It is also worth noting that everyone is individual, everyone is starting at a different place and everyone responds to Bio-Energy treatment differently. Therefore the number of sessions required varies according to each individual and is determined by their current state of health and their response to the Bio-Energy treatment. The clients’ commitment to implementing the Healthcare Strategy provided on day four of treatment will also contribute to the number of sessions required.
Why does Bio-Energy treatment take place in blocks of four days?
This is necessary as the opening of the chakras needs to be done slowly and carefully over a number of sessions, to allow the energy field of the client to adjust to the new state. Four consecutive days of treatment also produces the most effective healing response in the body.
What is the Healthcare Strategy?
The Healthcare Strategy is tailored to you and provided on day four of treatment. It details any necessary lifestyle changes required, provides information on diet and nutritional supplements that may be necessary and any other relevant information pertinent to your current state of health.
How long does a session last?
A typical Bio-Energy treatment session lasts between 60-75 minutes, however this may vary. It is requested that you allow up to 90 minutes on day one of your first Bio-Energy session to allow time to discuss current / historical health issues and any other relevant information that has brought you for treatment. Bio-Energy treatment sessions on children take less time than on adults, so as not too overwhelm the energy system.
Do I have to get undressed for a Bio-Energy session?
No, sessions are carried out with the client being fully clothed.
I am not able to stand up or lie down, are you still able to do a session for me?
Yes, sessions can be carried out with the client lying down on a treatment couch, sitting in a chair or even standing up – whatever is more comfortable for you.
What are ‘Top Up’ or Maintenance Bio-Energy sessions?
‘Top Up’ or maintenance sessions are generally one or two day, Bio-Energy sessions that are recommended for any client that has recovered or is managing their particular health condition. The frequency of these sessions varies and is really up to the client to determine. Some clients like to have a ‘Top Up’ or maintenance session once or twice a year, whilst others like to come along once a month. Because life happens, ‘Top Up’ or maintenance sessions are crucial so that we do not end up back at square one again.

Is the treatment room accessible?
Please note that the clinic is held on the first floor, accessible by one flight of stairs only. Please advise me in advance if you cannot climb the stairs, so that alternative arrangements may be made.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, clients are asked to notify Lisa Wallace by telephone at least 48 hours prior to a booked appointment, if they are unable to attend. Clients will be charged £100 if they fail to attend a four day treatment; or £50 if they fail to attend a one day treatment, without the required notice.
